When we decided to renovate our condo kitchen in Kitsilano, Azadmehr Kaviani as general contractor, and millworker was recommended by the highly respected designer, the late Robert Ledingham. Azad was a wonderful, talented, creative and exacting contractor. The site was cleaned up everyday; the condo hallway carpets were protected by a protective plastic while the job was progressed; Azad personally designed a collapsing table in the kitchen and his attention to detail was exemplary. Azad was always, polite, friendly, personable and respectful and his sub-contractors were all excellent workers and tradesmen. WE loved our kitchen so much that we had Azad come back to design and redo a small bathroom
-it was gorgeous. We have since moved from the condo, needing more space, but the hardest part was leaving behind the bathroom and the kitchen- they were real jewels.
We would not hesitate to recommend Azad for any job and we would be happy to be used as references any time.
